What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I learn a little about the athlete. Then I learn what the athlete needs to improve upon. From there I build them from the ground up.

Former starting defensive end at the University of Wisconsin from 2003-2007
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes group session are $25 per session, unless you purchase a monthly plan than sessions are $20 per session.
How did you get started teaching?
I've always been teaching even during my playing days, so the progression was natural for me. Also, I come from a family of coaches so I guess you can say its in my blood.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all types of students, as long as they want to learn. I will not waste my time with unmotivated players, just stay at home.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I recommend you find someone that has the level of expertise you are looking for, someone you respect, and someone you enjoy learning from.
