Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student at WCG Fitness, we first have an initial assessment. In this assessment, we get to know each other as well as go over your main goals and motivations. The goal of this assessment is to find your long-term drive and the thing that's going to get you going not only the first week but 3 months, 6 months, and a year down the line when you really need that push to keep you going. After the assessment, we will go through a 20 - 30 workout that will help you to understand how you will be training with us in the future. After we complete the training session, we will briefly revisit your goals and go over packages as well as other things we offer that will help get you in shape and begin your lifestyle change. After this we will go over a training schedule, resulting in a complete program tailored to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Over 8 years of Training and competitive Boxing experience
- 5x State Golden Glove Champion

- Undefeated Professional record
- Currently Active as a Professional
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is all determined by the frequency of training as well as the specific perks that you would like included in your package. The more sessions a week, the less per session.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching about halfway into my boxing career. I started as one of the top trainers at title boxing club, here is where I would first be introduced to group fitness in that type of setting and also where I would fall in love with boxing as an art and as a craft. After 3 years there I moved on to head the striking program at UFC Gym as one of their top-tier trainers. After UFC Gym I moved on to run the Amateur Boxing program at 4M Fitness, I am currently there with WCG Fitness in collaboration with 4M Fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all different types of people throughout the years, from people who have never boxed before in their lives, all the way to professional fighters with over 40 fights.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy the local boxing matches that go on which we are a big part of the boxing and MMA scene locally.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give is to ask about their process of teaching a new student, also be wary of any teacher of the martial arts that promises you that you can be an amateur or professional in very little time.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think about what their main goals are, whether that be weight loss, self-defense, or just wanting to get off of the treadmill. Also how frequently they want to train and the general time frame that is good for them.
