What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Jumping into training can sometimes be overwhelming for a brand new student so I like to take things slow and work on the basics such as stance, foot work, breathing and beginner techniques.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 2nd degree black belt in Muay Thai Kickboxing with over 10 years of experience. I have competed in multiple kickboxing matches, currently holding a 4-1-1 record. Also, currently studying for my personal training certification.
