I am a boxer (1-0) who has had the privilege of sparring with some great fighters and the pleasure of teaching some great students how to fight.

I am a powerlifter who entered the '1,000-pound club' in 2018 at a bodyweight of 138 pounds.

I am a critical care/flight certified paramedic with 9 years of experience in EMS, having worked in multiple 911 and transport settings.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer.

I have at least experienced nearly every sport, workout, and physical discipline including football, basketball, baseball, various fighting styles, parkour, gymnastics, weight lifting, volleyball, snowboarding, rollerblading, tennis, running, tightrope, unicycle, and many more.

I seem to be the most affordable personal trainer in the region.

I could easily teach anyone the basics of music theory, piano, guitar, and saxophone.

I am 100% dedicated to helping you reach your goals!

I've been concealed carrying pistols and shooting since 2017. My experience includes over 30 different pistols.

Piano is extremely easy, so I could teach you the basics, which is all you need to get started and continue to learn on your own.

I could teach you the basics of saxophone and guitar.

Music theory is very simple, especially when you have a good teacher.

I love medicine, fitness, teaching, learning, and helping people achieve their goals. I am extrememly passionate about martial arts, boxing, lifting, and pushing my physical limits.

    For decades, I have enjoyed teaching others all of the skills I am capable of, including athletics, medicine, languages, and much more.

    My proudest moment (other than marrying my beautiful wife) was probably winning my first boxing match by TKO or bringing my first cardiac arrest patient as a paramedic back to life. 

    I would look for a trainer who is knowledgeable, experienced, qualified, patient, kind, ambitious, and affordable. 

    They should clarify their goals and commitment level to the discipline at hand.
