We offer classes for every body. People of all body sizes, flexibility and experience are welcome. Instructors tailor the class to meet individuals where they are. Enjoy the many benefits of a regular yoga practice which includes increased strength, endurance, sense of peace and the ability to handle whatever life brings. All experienced yoga teachers are highly qualified and certified in at least a 200 hour program.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Private lessons are a good way to personalize a yoga practice. A student becomes familiar with the poses and builds confidence in his/herself. Then joining a group class would be beneficial to being part of a community of likeminded people.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in the Kripalu tradition of yoga. My 200 hour program gave me the foundation for further inquiry. I’ve studied many years with different teachers and read books from the masters of yoga.
