Using Vinyasa, I focus on poses that are important for building the strength and flexibility to feel good in our everyday lives. I research benefits of certain poses and bring them together in sequences at your preferred level, working to help you feel good while challenging yourself.
Yoga has so many benefits and subtleties. I love learning how to use different poses and sequences to address common and unique physical issues, and to push myself and my students to find poses they can use any time to feel good.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start by discussing your interest and goals in yoga, and go through some basic poses so I can see where technique, strengthening or stretching will help achieve those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching for 2 years in private and class settings since I received by 200 hour training certificate. I am always learning and regularly attend workshops, attend diverse classes, and read so that I am bringing trusted approaches and unique techniques to class.
