My teaching approach:
All my students have been very happy with what I have taught them and they have advanced to become very proficient guitar players. I have always made my lessons fun by teaching my students songs that they love and songs that had meaning for them. It never fails to make me smile when a student finally learns how to play his or her favorite song.

I teach 1 hour lessons but I can do half hour as well. I am free any day of the week except Sundays.

I can tell pretty quickly how proficient they are. If they are beginners, I will start with basic chords and notation. That\'s the foundation to learn any instrument.
A guitar lesson with me might entail the following:
First, I try to understand why a student is learning guitar. If it\'s to learn songs, I\'ll teach them any song they want. If it\'s theory, I will go ahead and tech them that. Everyone has different reasons for learning Guitar.
The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following:
My ideal student is someone who is passionate and eager to learn. The student might be in college or high school but is determined and hard working. That make sit enjoyable for me as well.
