Montes experience in the ring certainly has paid off for him as a trainer! Let me be clear- Monte is a phenomenal trainer. I have worked with many trainers in the last 10 years but none of them even compare to Monte. I am so happy to be working with him. He is extremely patient and flexible which is exactly what I was looking for. Monte doesnt just boss you around or tell you what to do- he actually does the work outs with you! I have learned so much from Monte and I am so excited to keep working with him to achieve my boxing/ fitness goals. Thank you Monte!
