Whether you are new to yoga or new to Jinga Yoga, we encourage you to come in for an energizing class, a relaxing restorative class or a wellness workshop. You will love our warm, welcoming environment.
We use Aromatherapy (100% therapeutic grade Essential oils) in every yoga/meditation class.
Our room is warm 75-80 F

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Starting slow explaining breath work and poses in a safe and kind environment. We meet the student at their level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified teachers registered with Yoga Alliance.
Founder & CEO Meriany Benthin received her training in Classical Hatha Yoga at the Arhanta Yoga Ashram located in Khajuraho, India.
