I’m a bilingual (EN/PT) yoga instructor with a sensitive and inspiring approach. I guide sequences focused on each student’s needs, balancing strength, flexibility, and presence. My journey with yoga began 8 years ago as a personal exploration and continues to deepen as a path of self-discovery, healing, and connection. To me, the practice is a gateway to tune in—to the body, the breath, and the subtle layers of the self.
As a teacher, my goal is to hold space for students to explore themselves and to offer support in their personal goals—whether it’s building physical strength, enhancing flexibility, unlocking advanced poses, or finding tools to manage anxiety.
