I teach a soothing vinyasa flow and incorporate meditation and other key items you can apply on and off the mat. Open to all levels, no flexibility required to learn. Yoga has played a very important part of my life for the passed 10 years, and my goal is to share all the lessons I have learned through my own yoga practice and help others life their life to their fullest potential, mind body and soul! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to meet my students first and get an understanding of what they are trying to achieve in order to better assist and help them.

Completed my YTT 200 hour teacher training program.
Certified in Children's yoga, Teens yoga, and trauma focused yoga
How did you get started teaching?
After my YTT training I knew this was something I had to share with others

I have worked with students from beginner level to advanced. From young teens to middle age adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always go with someone who is open to listening and that provides a good vibe and safe environment.
