Bensalem School of Musical Arts is passionate on helping our students accomplish their musical goals. We teach using the best curriculum in music education as well as introducing student to today's music so they don't get bored. All of our teachers are fully qualified and are all active in the music performance industry. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our lessons are catered to help our students accomplish their musical goals. If the students goal is to be a concert pianist, then we would focus on classical because that is his goal. If a man wants to play piano for his wedding day to surprise his newly wedded wife, then we will teach that man to play something romantic for his sweetheart. That is what we do.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Typically lessons start at $30 per lesson. We do offer discount on different seasons. Please call and ask for pricing. We also have a programs for low income families so please do not hesitate to ask.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have thought a large variety of different students young and elderly, students with high expectations, students with disabilities, and students of all levels. We have birth many professional musicians and well as music teachers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our 2017 concert was off the hook. Every year, we have 2 performances to show off our students in what they learned. Our concerts are fun because it is not a typical boring recital. Our concert is also served banquet style because everyone gets fed.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
In this situation, it is important to have a teacher who is very knowledgeable in what they do, very passionate, people friendly and fun, and is will to hear your desire in why you are doing this. You need an instructor that thinks outside the box and allows you to be creative. You need a teacher that will motivate you to be better and enjoy in what you are learning. This is why we offer 2 free lessons so that anyone can try it for free first.
