About
Namaste! Im Christine Keller a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. II've been teaching in Bucks County, PA for the last 10 years. I'm passionate about bringing the practice of yoga to as many people as possible. I teach in the Vinyasa Flow Style and I explain what each pose is for and what we are looking for in each pose. I love to teach Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Beginners Level, Yoga for Movement Disorders, Yoga after Breast Cancer Surgery, Yoga for the Inflexible and Yoga over 50. When possible I also like to sprinkle in a little Reiki magic during class. I want everyone to experience the amazing benefits of Yoga.
I love sharing information in class. I want you to undertand what you are doing and why you are doing it. I hope that will help you to have a deeper understaning of the practice and more beneficial class. Ive been honored to work within the Best in Bucks Yoga Studio for multiple years now and have amazing resources should you want to deepen your practice.
