What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial phone call to introduce myself and get to know the client.
Confirm appointment and give location of therapy session.
The initial session will consist of a brief client history and any medical issues to be aware of and completion of a patient form.
The initial session will be one hour long not including initial client history.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist with over 1200 hours of schooling.
I also have a certification in Hatha Yoga, over 600 hours of study.

Each session is $80.00 us dollars
package deals can be discussed if interestd in more than one session which is highly recommended.
How did you get started teaching?
I pursued certification after traveling to an adventure eco tourism retreat which included yoga daily as part of a full day of other events and adventures.

I have worked with all types of students including spanish speaking clients.

Have a conversation over the phone about what you envision, what you want to work on.

Write down questions as you think of them before you speak with a teacher.
