I offer an experience of being an athlete my whole life. I've played baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball and handball. Along with that I have an advanced degree in Human/Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition.

Combining experience of being an athlete with my education allows me to apply real world knowledge, but also understanding on how to present information to up and coming athletes.

The reward on the clients face. We all have obstacles, we all have things that are specifically challenging to us. My job isn't to make anybody super human. My job is to help the client realize their potential. Help them achieve a confidence inside them that carrys them to the next level and the next.
