The arts of boxing have disappeared throughout the boxing gyms and facilities of this country. We offer a comprehensive program designed to properly teach and instruct the many Arts of Boxing. The United States has produce one boxing gold medal in the last 4 Olympics. There is a difference between boxing training and learning how to box. Here you will learn and develop real skills that will lead to a life long passion for these Arts that we love. I have been teaching for 41 years, since I was 15 years old. Initially it was designed to teach young people being bullied to defend themselves. I have subsequently trained professionals, many amateurs, and countless people who just want to learn proper techniques.
What pleases me the most is watching my students apply our learning techniques and see the joy in their faces when they start to realize how much they are learning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We welcome new students by immediately focusing on the necessary skills and fundamentals needed to properly begin learning the arts of boxing. Without a strong foundation it is difficult to establish good boxing fundamentals.
