Our coaches are certified and personalable with a love for what we offer our members and clients.
Depending upon the student or client what we enjoy is different but it's always watching someone grow and develop the skillset towards mastery of and movement or technique, steadily getting confident and in better shape as they train.
Our members and clients are encouraged to not be afraid to make mistakes and shown that it is a matter of coursecorrection and learning. We find that this has major cary over into there daily lives.

My two kids have been taking classes at PCC for muay thai and they have learned a ton! They get conditioning and strength training in addition to the intense myau thai training so it is a well rounded framework for training. At tye same time they have fun and do drills and their self confidence and self discipline have grown tremendously. They can’t wait to get to the gym; they know that practice and how they take care of their bodies putside the gym affects their performance and are all a aprt of the outcome of hard work that they love!
A great place to train whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for several years. Coaches are experienced, attentive, and always conscious of helping you reach your goals whether they be fitness related, or with the intention of working towards a fight. I’ve been doing Muay Thai on and off for a few years and amongst the gyms I’ve trained at PCC has an especially warm and encouraging community, thanks to the good vibes emanated by Gavin, Col and the whole PCC team. There’s also a resident gym doggo who enjoys playing fetch, so there’s little more you could ask for!
Safety is key. We like to make sure that our students have the basic understandings of movement weather it's martial arts or fitness based.
Great techniques in all matters are based in solid fundementals and built out form there. We encourage members to makes mistakes and help them to course correct as they develop.
Once a solid foundation is set the growth from that is easy to attain.
We not only show the proper form but explain the use of that in both fitness and athletics and encourage our clients to build a "tool box" that they are able to eventually access on there own.

I hold nationally recognized certifications as well as still working as a consultant for several companies in developing there training facilities.
I personally have worked with every facet of training from porfessional level athletes to working with fitness beginers taking there 1st steps into what we like to call "physical culture".
