How did you get started teaching?
All our teachers have a passion for music and want to share it with the world! We began with our Founder, Kim Wilcox offering lessons privately and have subsequently grown to our current teaching staff.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages, all abilities. Beginners to seasoned musicians who wish to expand their skills or branch into new areas. We have students from 6-60! We have also enjoyed working with special needs students, as music is wonderful outlet for growth and activity.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of our favorite moments is when our students have the opportunity to blossom in public settings. Confidence growth is a huge part of music! We offer performance opportunities for all levels in small coffee house settings or in larger concert settings. It is beautiful to see our students shine!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best way to know if you are in the right place with the right people is to meet us, visit our location and sit and talk. We believe that there is no better decision factor and one-on-one, personal contact. And it is the best way for us to get to know you as well, to best assist you in reaching your dreams.
