Muay Thai is an 8 limb striking system of combos using punches, kicks, elbows and knees, originating from Thailand. My workout routine incorporates all of these weapons into a fun and challenging full body workout, including push ups, legwork and abs, getting you into your ultimate physical and mental shape.
My experience of over 25 years includes boxing, karate, tae kwon do, muay thai, and kickboxing with thousands of adults and children from beginners to expert who I have had the pleasure to learn and teach with.
