About
I have more than 20 years of sports and martial arts experience. In addition, I hold a Bachelorette of Physical Education and am national level coaching certified. I also hold a Masters degree in the field of Public Health.
I enjoy helping my students/clients attain their fitness & self defense goals. Most of all I appreciate being the facilitator, coaching my cleints every step of the way. Seeing the smile on my cleints faces after a great workout is all worth while!!
