We teach authentic Chinese Martial Arts, with a focus on Bajiquan 八極拳, the “Eight Extreme Fist”. Bajiquan is an ancient style of northern Chinese kungfu style that is known for its explosive power expression and the famous elbow strike, DingXinZou. Bajiquan is one of the few traditional CMA styles that is offensive oriented. Perfect for modern combat, self-defense and because of its Traditional CMA traits, it cultivates one’s body and mind.

Our classes include the practice of Aikido combined with elements of kickboxing and strength & conditioning exercises.
