About
Offering online virtual training live interactive NOW OFFERING GROUP TRAINING) I’m a friendly, energetic and animated trainer who loves what I do and wants to see my clients achieve their goals. I help motivate them to push themselves while maintaining a fun enjoyable environment that my clients will look forward to coming back to.
I get my fighting spirit outside of Boxing from my family. My little brother has Autism and my uncle has sickle-cell anemia, so I see the battles that they have to go through every day, in addition I also work doing sport for social development with the homeless, and working with people who are less fortunate. I feel that I am blessed and these things makes me want to be a better person and a role model to others. This is why I don’t give up and where I get the strength to continue to be strong while turning my dreams into reality.
I have been boxing in the Amateurs for 8 years and have won several titles including a National Title Championship in 2016, Also a NEW YORK GOLDEN GLOVES CHAMPION I am also a certified USA Boxing Coach and have experience training a wide variety of people with differing aspirations. As a professional athlete, I know how hard it can be to get into and stay in shape and want to make the training experience enjoyable to ensure training consistency.
I became a trainer And I also still compete Now just as a Professional Boxer , I love boxing and want to help others. Boxing is something I am passionate about and love that it is a full body work-out which isn’t boring. Being able to help others fall in love with the sport whether it be just for a fitness workout or for those who want to compete is why I enjoy conducting my classes.
I have a personal philosophy that people should believe in themselves and their abilities. We all have what it takes to achieve our dreams within us, it’s all about having the internal belief that you are stronger than what you believe to be. I find a lot of people lack self-confidence and self-motivation and I strive to help build that up in my classes so they have an “I can do it” attitude and feel good about themselves even when they leave the gym.
I get to meet, interact with, and connect with many different clients everyday! It is so uplifting being a part of someone’s journey to a living a healthier lifestyle
I get to make positive changes in the lives of my clients and see their transformations over the weeks, months and years.
Seeing clients’ confidence change as their body changes, they reach their goals and they are proud of what they have accomplished! This is the most rewarding thing for me. Sometimes it is hard to remember the shy, insecure, quiet, out of shape and depressed/unhappy person that first walked into the gym after working with someone for months or years and seeing them transform their body, mind and entire being! I can’t believe how lucky I am to play such a pivotal role in people’s lives
