I'm a professional mma fighter with a background in tae kwon do, wrestling, and several other arts. I've been training for close to 20 years now but always humble and learning new things. Staying open minded and being flexible in my approach helps me to help others reach their specific goals.
I like to help others and I'm just a huge fan of martial arts in general. The mental and physical strength it gives people is wonderful and I love being able to spread that positivity to those who need it.

Train with a professional trainer with world titles
I'll get a feel for what you want to work on specifically, what your personal goals are and then do my best to help you achieve them.
I've been training in different styles for quite some time. I've traveled the world and stayed in Brazil for 10 months just to train to be a pro mma fighter. I'm always learning & growing through research or direct instruction as well.
Yes, I charge $50 an hour. That pays for my services and helps with my expenses. I aim to help anywhere I can, whether it's diet/nutrition, martial arts, general exercise/strength and conditioning, & mental support as well. I'm not looking to show you the same thing over and over, I want to help you be the best you, you can be!
I initially started helping with kids classes at my home gym. After some setbacks I've now started instructing at a fitness boxing gym as well.
I do not discriminate, anyone and everyone, young and old, is welcome.
I'm on the tail end of an unhealthy relationship looking forward to growth and defining my path as an individual/single father.
