Dharma House
About
For me, yoga, breathwork, concentration, and commitment are the foundational building blocks for understanding and bringing freedom into our lives. Freedom to move again after an injury, freedom to improve our outlook and discover new horizons even late in life. It just takes willingness and an open mind.
I received my yoga teaching certification in the Hatha style through the Sivananda International Vedanta Yoga Training Center in May 2017 and am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the international Yoga Alliance. I have over 15 years experience practicing yoga and meditation. I'm currently participating in meditation teacher certification at Yoga on High with Jasmine Grace and Dandapani in Ohio.
