About this pro

For me, yoga, breathwork, concentration, and commitment are the foundational building blocks for understanding and bringing freedom into our lives. Freedom to move again after an injury, freedom to improve our outlook and discover new horizons even late in life. It just takes willingness and an open mind.

I received my yoga teaching certification in the Hatha style through the Sivananda International Vedanta Yoga Training Center in May 2017 and am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the international Yoga Alliance. I have over 15 years experience practicing yoga and meditation. I'm currently participating in meditation teacher certification at Yoga on High with Jasmine Grace and Dandapani in Ohio.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

For private classes, we can begin with a phone conversation to assess the clients needs and goals, then set-up an initial in-person meeting to evaluate the clients current status and work out a concrete plan for moving forward.

For group classes clients can simply sign-up through MINDBODY Online.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

For group classes, the drop-in fee is generally $20, but there are also memberships and class passes available to make consistency more affordable.

Private instruction runs about $75/hour but we can work out a package that works for you.

How did you get started teaching?

Yoga and meditation have brought so many benefits into my life, I wanted to make it a bigger part of my life and help othes achieve those benefits as well.

What types of students have you worked with?

A wide range of ages, sizes, shapes, abilities and experience. Each one with a different set of goals and needs, and starting from their own unique space.
