About

As a traveling yoga studio in the Columbus area, our main goal is to help each students mind and body connect while developing their own healthy and spiritual process wherever they want.

Our teaching style is one of a kind and caters to a broad range of clientele. Each student will be filled with pure gratitude and relaxation while elevating their physical, mental, and emotional well being to find a practice that suits their needs.

I really enjoy connecting with my students and working with them to improve not only their practice of the postures, but their practice outside of the classes through body awareness, overall fitness & wellness, and kindness.

As a new mom I don’t get much free time for myself. Lindsey took this into account and it was as if she knew just what I needed. Her message to me was about self care; it was so inspirational and just what I needed to hear. I also told Lindsey I was having some neck pains so she was sure to provide stretches during our session and ones I could do at home to help alleviate the pain. Highly recommend her!

Being a novice yogi myself (as in having attended 3 yoga classes in my lifetime), Lindsey had a way of easing my nerves and guiding me through the techniques, poses, and breathing patterns. We had our fair share of laughs as I tumbled to the floor trying new poses. But from the laughter came her patience and perseverance with new techniques and modifications to make each pose easier until I am able to progress with my balance and strength in the more challenging poses.

Lindsey’s ability to modify poses and techniques helped me feel empowered throughout her classes! She took the time to provide me with individualized input to improve my form and techniques to prevent injury from my sometimes poor form. She definitely put a unique spin on the class with her more upbeat and uplifting playlist and motivational quotes. This class left me feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever life planned to throw my way that day!

Lindsey was having an yoga fundraiser and I had asked if I could attend with my daughters as I am always looking for new and fun things we can do together. Lindsey was sure to make them feel welcome not only with her intention, but her music. They are still talking about it. I will definitely go back as it’s great to be able to have this in common with my girls.

    Frequently asked questions

We will have a brief consultation during our first session so that I may get to know each of my students a little bit better and understand their needs. From there I will tailor a practice that suits their level, and bring in challenges you if they are up for it! Since I am trained in multiple styles, weekly sessions can vary or remain consistent, based on each students preference.

I am yoga alliance certified with 200 hours in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Meditation. I continue to further my education by attending various classes and workshops.

My fees reflect my experience, training, and commitment to helping each student get the most out of their practice.

Private session range from $50-75. The range depends on whether or not we use studio space or the student prefers I travel to them. I am happy to offer a discount for multiple sessions.

Group sessions range from $150-300. The range depends on the number of students, travel time, and whether or not the client needs a space rented out. I am happy to offer a discount for multiple sessions.

I first explored yoga many years ago as my weekly exercise regime.  Having gone through many ups and downs in my life I thought I could take on any card life dealt my way with ease, until one day I couldn’t.  Driving 12 hours home alone after a traumatic experience in an airport active shooting, I did not know how to overcome the PTSD I was suffering. One night I jumped on my yoga mat to get some movement in and I had never felt more safe.

This is one of the many reasons I decided to become an instructor and leave my full time marketing director role in corporate America; in hopes to share my story and empower others suffering from PTSD and other mental health issues that there is a healthy way to heal and get back to your day to day routine.

Not only does I strive to help those suffering from these issues, but I also strives to create a body positive, fun, and judgement free space filled with confidence, gratitude, and kindness.

I have worked with people with all types of bodies, from pro athletes to people with limitations and disabilities, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I try to meet each person where they are and give them tools to improve in the ways that they want.

Every month I host a yoga fundraiser event at a local brewery in the area where 50% of the proceeds go towards the charity of choice.

Make sure the instructor you choose to work with has experience and proper training. Experience means they know their own body and can help you to better understand yours.

What is your 'why' for practicing yoga. Is to to gain more strength, improve flexibility, relieve stress, body-awareness, self-realization, or simply all of the above?

Having an initial 'why' is a starting point; which can help to motivate any student to continue towards their end goal and be used by a teacher to empower them to keep going. Many other benefits will come naturally with consistent practice.
