What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student is to create a profile on them. This consists of discussing any physical limitation they may have, as well as their goals for practicing yoga.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200-RYT through Yoga Alliance with 2 years experience. I am certified in restorative, mindfulness meditation, and kids yoga. I am always improving my knowledge on how the benefits of yoga helps create balance with the mind and body.

My standard price is $50/hour.
