I have over a decade teaching not just the asanas (poses) of yoga but also the breathwork, philosophy, and meditation that makes your yoga practice complete.

I love that every class is different and every student is different. I enjoy watching all of the unique interpretations of a pose that each individual has to offer. I currently instruct private individuals as well as group classes at Anytime Fitness, the YMCA , and a local salt spa
