When working with a new client, we first set up a consultation. This can be done in person or via a FaceTime chat. During the consultation, we will go over your past lifting history, previous injuries, your fitness goals as well as your available equipment (if you are training remotely). With this data, I will start to create your workouts via my companies custom branded app. Then we schedule your first session!
