What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll start with a free consult to meet, then set up a schedule and plan from there. Everyone gets 2 trial sessions with me to make sure that we're a good fit for eachother!

Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Graduate of the National Personal Training Institute of Ohio (NPTI)
RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor
Certified Kettlebell Instructor

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find somebody that you enjoy training with! The only way you'll actually commit to training frequently is if you have fun doing it. If you don't enjoy it, you'll find it difficult to show up and that translates to zero results.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Result don't happen over night, and they take some hard work. Are you ready to commit to some important lifestyle changes and go all-in on becoming a better you?
