I am a Reiki Master since 2008 and 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, teaching full time since 2018. I believe in accessible yoga for all bodies. I am creative and spontaneous in my teaching methods, guided visualization, aromatherapy and healing touch. Just for Today Yoga with Jessica Lewis is a form of self-care yoga with an emphasis on breathwork, core, and balance. The Just for Today Yoga style incorporates yin and yang factors like the seasons of year; meaning, in yin of winter perhaps more yang or strength is incorporated while in the yang heat of the summer, more yin poses are sequenced.
