I am currently in my 46th year of coaching youth sports which includes AAU, COBA and Ohio Youth Basketball. My experience and expertise has produced players of every level including the NBA. I am passionate about working with young players and have had great success that includes many championship seasons. I am about fairness, team play and work ethics. I look forward to working with players and will provide an opportunity to succeed.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Composition and a Master's Degree in Classical Guitar Performance. I have nearly 35 years of teaching experience. I enjoy instructing enthusiastic students using the many skills I have developed through the years. Seeing students improve is a real thrill for me. I help students by developing a keen awareness of their musical interests and showing them that the solutions are not reserved for a special few but that anyone with the determination, knowledge and desire can make real headway. Elaine began playing violin at the age of 3, learning through the Suzuki method, and began playing trombone at age 10. She has been a dedicated teacher since 2013. As a certified Suzuki Teacher, Elaine believes music instills essential life skills like patience, perseverance, and a beautiful heart, as emphasized by Suzuki's philosophy. With over ten years of teaching experience, she is dedicated to nurturing young musicians with kindness and involving parents to strengthen family bonds.
