I work with where your at in your journey into yoga, instead of expecting you to be at my level of yoga using verattions and props. I have over 700 houndered hours of teacher trainings and 1000 hours of teaching. I believe each body is unique and has its own special needs. I believe in being compassionate to inspire students to follow the yogi path.
I enjoy helping people find relief from the pain the carry in their body and mind. By guiding them through Asana’s(yoga poses).

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Find out the back round. Why they are attracted to yoga. What health issues they might have. Establish some emotional , mental and physical goals for themselves . I would help them figure out what type of yoga suits their life style and goals and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three different certifications from the yoga alliance. Hatha 500 RYT, Vinyasna 500 RYT,my 1000 hour E-RYT 200 hour. Which means I’m certified to do teacher trainings up to 200 RYT level.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$60 a hour
$3500 for 9 month teacher training. Every weekend 4 hours a day two days a week followed by a final weekend coast retreat
How did you get started teaching?
I began my yoga journey in my early teens because I suffered from depression and ADHD. After practicing yoga for 5 years I decided I wanted become a yoga teacher because it help me create a emotional equilibrium and I wanted to share the beautiful gift with others.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every age group. I like to call my style life Spirals yoga, the concept the Spirals from different phase of life. I teach children, teens, adults, senior and chair yoga. Yoga has something to offer everyone in every phase of life.
