Emmaus Yoga was established in 2010, owner Erica has been instructing and managing her own studio since 1999. We have various types of classes ranging from basics sessions, gentle, yin, vinyasa and Ashtanga. Our instructors are experienced, courteous and knowledgeable. Our studio is comfortable and easy to locate and park.
Helping students to feel better in their bodies is the first goal. The second goal is to take the breathing techniques and proper muscular movements taught in class outside the classroom and apply them to everyday activities to create an ease in movement and attitude.
