I offer personalized one on one sessions, as well as group classes on a weekly basis. Combining my nursing experience with yoga helps people understand how to holistically heal ones body and help prevent immmobility issues.

What I enjoy most is being able to see the relief on peoples faces after taking yoga. Not only am I helping them reach their fitness goals but also helping with overall wellness.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in Jan 2019, I have been practicing yoga for 4 year prior to becoming certified 200 hr instructor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with, older and yonuger clients, athletes, and pregnant women.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice would be make sure you do research and ask for the teachers certifications, those who are certified are more than happy to provide that information to you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be specific as possible, and ask about senarios of clients that the teacher has dealt with in the past.
