I offer Contemplative Yoga for all body types. I specialize in a mind-blowing rendition of Chair Yoga, for my Sassy Senior Yoginis, Smooth Yoga Soul for the mature yoga body and Your Healing Connection Yoga for those returning from injury, all delivered with Metaphysical, Ayurvedic and Spiritual foundations. What does that mean for my students? They learn, that they, have the power.
