I structure my lessons roughly in this way taken once a week:
Lesson 1 Technique Fundamentals: Holding the guitar, breathing techniques to relax and play, finger placement
Lesson 2 What is the Fretboard?: Notes, the idea and logic behind a guitar's fretboard
Lesson 3 Chords Fundamentals: Learning the E and A chord
Lesson 4 Chord Fundamentals: Learning the D and G chord
Lesson 5 Chord Fundamentals: Learning the C and F chord
