I enjoy making a difference in someones life. Period. Wether it's progress in a pose, or ease in the nervous system or anxiety I love to help, to heal and to spread positivity in everyway possible. Seeing those steps of progress a client makes when working with them 1 0n 1 is so rewarding.
My husband and I love our yoga sessions with Carolyn! She's a very creative instructor and pays close attention to the needs of her clients. My back tends to give me a lot of trouble, but I've always leave our sessions feeling much more loose and relaxed.
Sitting down the first 15 minutes of each session to discuss their needs, wants and intentions and together mapping out a game plan to achieve all goals.
I have been working in the wellness world for the last ten years and have been teaching yoga for 4 years. I understand the way the body moves as I grew up dancing and got my degree in Dance and Kinesiology. The healing process of the body is so important and learning the ways that we can connect the physical, emotional and spiritual parts of our healing is also something I've studied, practiced and researched for years.
I usually start with the base price of $60.00 and hour but am always willing to work with clients and support them if bundling time works better or doing 5 sessions for $250.00.
I started teaching at my local dance studio when I was 19 and have always enjoyed demonstrating, sharing knowledge and most of all supporting others on their own journey of expansion. I knew after 8 years of practicing yoga that I wanted to be a yoga teacher and nothing makes me happier in life!
I have worked with everyone from small children to clients in their 60's and 70's to teens and young adults. I love working wtih everyone and am always learning how to best accomadate and support humans wherever they are at in life or experience. I love to work with beginners, because wellness and YOGA is for EVERYBODY and everyone, and I love showing how it can be inclusive and easy to add into your life daily to help create more space, joy and ease in the body and mind.
