About
I am a Registered Nurse, for 14 years, with a yoga teaching certificate and I am at the end of completing a health coaching certification. With my educational background as well as my love of helping people grow and become who they were born to be, I am uniquely suited to bring a very special, well tailored, experience to my clients, seeing them as a whole person- body, mind and spirit.
I love witnessing individuals thriving beyond what they thought they could, healing themselves in ways they had never imagined. I love helping my clients thrive and live the life they were born to live!
