
I love bringing the peace and tranquillity of yoga to all people. I focus on alignment and anatomy to ensure the safety of my students, building core strength, and balance. I'm comfortable teaching power yoga as well as a gentle flow and chair yoga, and include the soothing sounds of Tibetian singing bowls and crystal bowls. I have a diverse teaching background! I have been teaching for 5 years at several studios in Fort Worth and I teach older adults at other locations. I have over 1000 teaching hours and I'm finishing my 500-hr teaching certification this year.
