Hi. I'm a true yogi and influencer on alternative health. I was trained in Nasik India, at Yoga Vidya Dham, and I have been practicing for over 15 years. My clients have ranged from students at mosques and churches and in traditional yoga studios to corporations like Raytheon and the federal government, to the wife of a famous golf player. I love what I do. Google my name, Christina Sarich. I only teach private or corporate lessons.
I am passionate about sharing what I've learned about yoga and meditation with others. It has transformed my life.

Christina has a deep passion for instructing others in their yoga practice. Her classes are fun, but challenging. I've been in her classes and have worked with her on a personal basis to focus on specific issues. Its been a great experience and highly recommend Christina!

Christina has an incredible gift for transferring confidence to her students so that they feel that they are capable and strong. She has a calm but authoritative voice, and encourages you, while at the same time, she is completely non judgemental. You are safe from harm in her classes. She will never suggest that you try anything that might hurt your body, while at the same time, she teaches you to strengthen mind and body to accomplish things you didnt know you are capable of. Her spiritual focus on her practice spills over to create an aura of serenity in class.
I ask what their goals are and why they've come to yoga. Are they seeking stress relief, a meditative practice, an introduction to Ayurvedic herbs and ancient yogic teachings or just trying to get more flexible and strong. Then we go from there!
