Coach Hooks is very knowledgeable in his craft. I was looking for my son training in self defense. I found coach Hooks and begin twice a week. My son gained confidence and training that he needs to defend himself. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a patient skillful trainer.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start off with the drawing in phase. I ask how did they hear about me then proceed to inquire why they want to learn how to box next i will ask if they have any medical conditions that would prevent them from trainnig.next i would ask what their availability is.finally i would schedule a time to come and do a walk through my facility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal trainer certification and USA boxing license
