    Yemi is a great coach that he will design the content of each session based on the my capability.

    I typically ask about my students history/experience with tha game -where he or she has played, how and when. This typically gives me an insight into the experience and level of exposure my student has. Then I ask what his or her short and long term goals are. Furthermore, I ask a few questions to ascertain how he/she is comfortable training. With these background information,I am able to create a suitable,custom training plan/regime for my student.

    I currently am taking the NASM CPT program.

    I have served as an assistant coach for many semi-pro teams and have done private soccer coaching for my business for a number of years now.
