What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a evaluation session to understand your weaknesses and strengths physically as well as mentally. From there we customize a workout plan to ensure you meet your goals.

How did you get started teaching?
During my collegiate years, I encountered an unforeseen medical condition known as Spinal Stenosis, which abruptly and unfavorably impacted my athletic career. However, the transformative healing process that followed this pivotal moment ignited a profound passion within me to witness the elevation of others, regardless of the obstacles they may encounter.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students of all shapes and sizes from various levels of experience. We have provided a platform for elite to beginner athletes to achieve their goals. While also inspiring clients along their traditional fitness journey to become a better version of themselves.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Whenever I connect with new athletes or clients I am inspired by their needs to ensure their goals become my goals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When hiring a personal trainer it is best to understand your needs and then find a trainer that best correlates with them. Also keep in my mind a personal trainer such as myself can provide recommendations for your best path to move forward because of the experiences and knowledge I have accrued.
