Hello how are you my name is justin. I am a ex mma kickboxing submission wrestling and jiu jitsu fighter from washington state. My record in kickboxing is 2 wins one loss and in mma 1 win 0 losses, in jiu jitsu/ submission wresting 5 gold medals 1 silver medal. I believe in building people confidence through training the body and mind to win bot only in the ring but in life.

Volleyball is one of my many passions. I love the energy that comes out of individuals when learning how sticking to the basics makes them the all star! I really enjoy playing volleyball.
