About
I have studied Martial arts for over 30 years with time in Japan, Thailand and Brazil. I have spent my life studying various martial arts. And learning as much as I can physically and mentally.. anyone can be taught how to kick and punch.. that's the easy part of martial arts.. the mental side is the hard part but very rewarding. I teach private lessons at my home dojo.
I enjoy teaching people how to defend themselves and watching their confidence grow as they learn and do things they didn't think they could do.
