I am Heidi, of Perfectly Imperfect Yoga, serving seniors, adults, kids, teens looking for a more accessible yoga experience. I teach a slow and interoceptive yoga, to help with relaxation. I teach mindfulness, meditation, Chair yoga and gentle or older adult yoga.
I am an E-RYT 200, RYT-500 and certified yoga therapist. I have training in accessible and adaptive yoga.
I would love to meet with you for a free consultation to see if we are a match. I teach mainly online, but have some availability to meet in person in the Tempe, AZ area.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My practice is focused on meeting each student where they are, so I determine the students needs and restrictions. If they are interested in a group class, I will find the right class or create one. If they want private instruction, then we can be very specific to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 RYT with additional training in kids yoga, yoga for kids with special needs, adaptive yoga (adult) and yoga therapy.

Most of my weekly virtual group lessons are $5 per class. In person group lesson prices increase based on the cost of our location. Private sessions range from $15-$50 per class based on location and length of class.
