Ares Arizona Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, located in Mesa, Arizona, is a martial arts training center spearheaded by 4th degree Black Belt and 9x World Masters Champion, Paul Nava. The school was estabished in 2015 and provides comprehensive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to individuals of all ages and experience levels. The curriculum is designed to help students learn at their own pace, focusing on self-defense, competitive skills, weight loss, and fostering a great environment.
