About
I’ve been studying and traveling, both in the US and internationally, to learn different cultural perspectives on Holistic Health, for the last 20 years. We have come a long way and I use what I have learned from Quantum Mechanics, Epigenetics, and Neurogenisis to help others find, what I refer to as, their Wellness frequency.
Whether you are just looking to dive deeper into your practice or heal old Trauma, we can bring you to a happier, healthier you!
I also teach Swim lessons & Aquatic classes. I was born on the East Coast and have an incredible love for the water. I began teaching at the local YMCA to beginners before I even started driving!
I encourage you to visit my websites to get the best feel for the services I offer. Please feel free to email me directly with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I currently teach 6 classes a week at a Mental Health Care/Family Service Provider and am able to touch the lives of many in a short period of time. These beautiful souls wouldn't otherwise have access to these classes outside this program.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Pride in this line of work is something to be cautious of. A teacher should not insist on telling you what she/he believes to be right. Your teacher should insist that you listen to the voice within, while encouraging you to reach your goals.
I'm merely a guide on your journey, an instrument for change and healing.
