Since 2005, we have offered unique classes and programs that blend a wide variety of dance & fitness classes like EXOTIC DANCE, TWERK TECHNIQUE, POLE DANCE, BURLESQUE, BELLY DANCE, SOCA, REGGAE DANCEHALL, LATIN CARDIO, PILATES, & YOGA.
Our approach of using dance as a basis for fitness training allows get your groove on and express your sensual side; improving your cardiovascular health while shaping and toning your body.
We provide a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere for you to re-invent yourself, break out of your comfort zone and connect with the sensuality that begs you to explore, share, and express the woman inside of you.
I have been performing professionally and teaching dance and fitness for over 20 years and my education and training in dance conditioning, rehabilitation, Pilates as well as stage experience give me a unique perspective on dance as an exercise modality. I have traveled the world as a performer and organized group fitness programs for large gyms as well as taught dance and Pilates for upscale resorts. I am an aerial Burlesque showgirl as well as an AFAA certified, NASM certified personal trainer. I am the regional director for Pole Cat Power Method that provides pole and aerial dance training with a focus on shoulder safety and injury prevention.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of training, education and performance experience on cruise ships, Las Vegas stages as well Dancing in many industrial and productions shows all over the world.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids and adults of all ages. I have worked with exotic dancers and 15 years olds wanting to learn something for their quincenearas. And everything in between. I have worked with fitness competitors, bored housewives, stay at home moms, sorority girls, and the every day woman looking to feel more confident and comfortable with her body.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure you want to look like the Person you're taking from. You are going to be learning thier habits and techniques so if they are poised, you will be poised. If they are sloppy, you will be sloppy. You wouldn't want your car fixed by a mechanic whose car is always breaking down.
