About
I have been doing yoga on my own for the past 6 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Education. I am very passionate about yoga. I have had my own health struggles and yoga is the only constant thing that works for me. I cant wait to share that with students. I have my 200 hour teaching certification and I am a registered yoga teacher for the Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching private lessons from home for the past year.
I enjoy the peace and balance yoga brings to my life. I am surprised all the time with the increased flexibility. I enjoy the yoga community and being a part of it. There is always something new to learn. I love sharing my practice with others whether they do yoga all the time or it is the first time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have an intake form that you will fill out before the first session or we can schedule an introductory phone call. We will talk about your yoga experience, medical history (surgeries or injuries), and expectations for the private sessions.
It’s about you, first and foremost! I want to know who you are, what you’re into, and why you are interested in private yoga! It’s great to connect on a quick phone call so you can tell me all about yourself. When we have our sessions, I will ask what is going on with your body. I want to help you move toward peace and wellness. While strength and flexibility can be great results of a yoga practice, many people love yoga (and stick with it for life!) because of its psychological, spiritual, and emotional healing benefits. It is my purpose to be of service to you by integrating yoga as part of your abundantly beautiful yogic lifestyle!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
